Northwest Grow Supply and our manufacturers and suppliers stand behind the products we sell 100%.  We only sell high quality products that are made to last for years and years.  However, if you experience defects in the workmanship or materials of the product you purchased each of our suppliers offers warranties on their products.  In addition to the supplier warranties Northwest Grow Supply also guarantees the proper functioning under normal use for the products we carry for up to five years after you receive your product.  Some limitations apply.   

FREE SHIPPING

Northwest Grow Supply offers free shipping on all orders in the Continental U.S.  This excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.  Please contact us for shipping costs for orders outside the Continental U.S.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@northwestgrowsupply.com.

Right now some of our suppliers are experiencing overwhelming demand for their products and some saunas are not shipping for 3-4 weeks. Please give us a call if you have questions or concerns.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to returns@northwestgrowsupply.com and we will assist you as necessary based on the damage.

We offer competitive prices on all of our products and agree to match any other online retailer's prices within six months of your purchase.  If you find a lower price on any products you purchased from our store please e-mail info@northwestgrowsupply.com, include a link to the store with the lower price on the same product and we will issue you a refund for the difference within 24 hours.
